“Racial attack on North East people living in Delhi continues. Exemplary punishment on perpetrator must ensure for public to get the message.” Acquitting perpetrators without fair trial and punishment motivate them to continue committing crimes,” says Madhu Chandra.
“Most of the racial attack and sexual violence against North East men and women take place in Murnika and the law enforcing agency has failed to ensure the safety of North East communities in the colony,” says Madhu Chandra.
“We will once again appeal Mr. B. K. Gupta – Delhi Police Commissioner to take concrete plan of action to stop racial attack on people from North East India,” says Madhu Chandra.
